大安區3樓透天只要156萬元起，係金ㄟ！台北地方法院30日將執行大安區通化街1戶透天法拍案，待拍戶總面積47.4坪，1拍底價156萬元，已吸引許多投資人的注意與詢問，法拍業者表示，屆時可能出現高價搶標情形。但值得留意的是，待拍戶土地屬國有，得標者須繳土地租金，104法拍屋新竹店經理李建泰表示：「待拍戶因價格不高，債權人有機會向銀行申請債務協商。」一旦申請協商，案件則會停拍。

另台北地方法院今天拍出松山區三民路1戶公寓3樓，總面積34.35坪、3拍底價1979萬元，換算底價每坪約57.61萬元，據實價登錄顯示，該區中古屋行情1坪67~72萬元，待拍戶底價約是市價7~8折，最後以總價2209萬9999元拍出，寬頻房訊表示，此待拍戶共有12封標單，溢價11.67%。（王筱君／台北報導）
