醫學新突破　陰道可以「做出來」

美國科學家近日有醫學新突破，找到可以「做陰道」的方法，造福無陰道患者。

據美國《Newsweek》報導，美國威克森林浸信醫學中心(Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center)再生醫學研究所科學家們，利用4名罹患「先天性無子宮無陰道症候群」(MRKH)患者的生殖細胞，在實驗室培養出人造陰道，然後再移植到患者身上。這4名患者於2005~2008年期間接受手術，年齡分別為13至18歲，之後科學家們追蹤發現，這4名患者的人工陰道發育良好，都能擁有正常性生活，其中2人還因此出現月經。

不過科學家也表示，目前還不清楚這些女性是否能懷孕，但因為她們已經開始有月經，這表示卵巢正在運作。「先天性無子宮無陰道症候群」是種罕見基因疾病，患者沒有陰道、子宮或是發育不全。部分子宮發育不全者有月經，但因經血沒有正常排出，會累積在骨盆腔，導致下腹部感到疼痛。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
