針對高雄地檢署偵辦「農正鮮公司」長期以保水劑增重牛、豬、羊肉，並販售國軍副供站，罔顧官兵安全乙事，國防部11日晚間表示，對該公司表達強烈譴責，後續將依法辦理停權及求償等訴訟作為，以維護官兵權益。

國防部指出，針對「農正鮮公司」涉嫌違反「刑法第339條詐欺罪」及「食品衛生管理法」，已於4月8日要求國軍各副供站停止供售該公司所有肉品，並通知各級部隊辦理回收。

針對本案，副總長李喜明中將於11日邀集相關單位召開檢討會，分別就「招商採購機制」、「食品送驗機制」及「訂定更為嚴格合約規範」等項進行檢討與策進，以杜絕不肖廠商將黑心食品進銷國軍副食供應體系，確保副食品質及官兵膳食權益。

國防部進一步表示，對於「農正鮮公司」長期供售國軍副供站不良肉品，本部除要求陸軍司令部配合檢察官偵辦，追究失職人員責任，並普查全軍尿蛋白及腎功能指標異常人員，安排渠等回診就醫；後續將透過每年年度體檢，篩檢健康異常人員，以達及早發現、及早治療之風險管控作為。
