台南地檢查獲教養院涉詐補助款　院長交保

台南市龍崎教養院莊姓院長等幹部，被控利用虛報人數方式，把沒有實際在院內服務人員及廚工，以不實補助計畫申請表向衛生福利部申請補助，從2007年到2013年虛報35名人頭，向衛福部詐領補助款，得款約200多萬元。台南地檢署昨天依違反《詐欺罪》傳喚莊姓院長等人，他們坦誠涉案，檢方諭令以5到8萬元交保。
 
台南地檢署檢察官郭書鳴日前接獲情資，台南地區龍崎教養院院長莊姓院長（61歲）、林姓行政組長和呂姓行政組副組長，得知衛生福利部每年都會透過不同的專案補助計畫，幫助教養院增加人手，服務弱勢族群，他們心生不法，竟涉嫌把沒有實際在院內的服務人員或廚工，透過不實補助計畫申請表，每年向衛福部多申請3到12萬元不等的款項。
 
檢方經過多日蒐證後，昨天上午指揮警方到龍崎教養院及院長住所等3處地點搜索，傳喚13人到案說明。莊姓院長等人坦承供稱，因經營教養院不易，從2007年到2013年陸續以35名虛報人頭、不實的生服員或教保員等名義，向衛福部詐領補助款，前後得款約200餘萬元。（李恩慈、辛啟松／台南報導）
