海外布局風險管理 列金檢重點

去年度金管會對金融機構主要檢查缺失報告出爐。在銀行部分，新增對大陸企業授信前，徵信及實地調查工作不確實，及海外風險分行管理不周全等二項缺失。金管會表示，打亞洲盃政策效果逐漸顯現，銀行要加強海外布局的風險管理，此將列為未來金融檢查的重點項目。

金管會官員今（26）日表示，雖然銀行反映，海外客戶不容易辦理徵信調查，但任何授信皆須遵守「5P」原則。銀行必須加強對授信戶瞭解，建&#63991授信前實地訪廠及授信後定期訪查機制，並加強授信戶上下游產業及銀&#64008同業間照會機制，確實評估財務報表的真實性。

官員另指出，銀行走出海外打亞洲盃，會特別注意海外分行的管理與法令遵循，特別是後者，因為如果被當地主管機關處分，傷害的是國家形象。
