柯要求擬營養午餐SOP 市府今公布草案

台北市長柯文哲日前要求教育、衛生局3月擬定營養午餐SOP，從買菜、準備、上菜、處理廚餘等流程，都清楚載明，北市教育局今天公布《台北市政府教育局學校午餐供餐流程草案》，將所有學校午餐管理都整合在同一辦法中，方便學校、家長、業者查看。

北市教育局科長許裕陞說，以往學校的不同供餐形式像熟食部、中央廚房、自辦午餐等，都各有不同的管理規範，法規更可能分散在中央與地方政府，這次統一整合，一目了然。草案目前公告上網（http://ppt.cc/Up~3），民眾若覺得需要修改，1周內可連絡教育局，之後他們將再和衛生局修正，最慢3月底施行。
