同志婚姻在台持續受到關注，Lara梁心頤26日表示性別是過時標籤，喊話：「重要的是自己的想法。」表明力挺態度。姊姊梁妍熙同樣也很贊成，認為在「我們都是人」的前提下，愛理所當然不分性別。

Lara在新歌《滴答》MV挑戰女女親密戲，與師弟余岱宗也有激情互動。這回影展挑選國內外共11部影片，希望打破人們對性別的固有想像，她的歌曲被相中做為預告片主題曲，應邀擔任2015情／慾•流動專題影展宣傳大使，昨跟姊姊梁妍熙出席記者會宣布套票正式開賣。

她表示身旁有很多同志朋友，至今沒有遇過女生示愛，不過童年曾問姊姊：「如果我是同性戀呢？」Lara表態支持多元議題，更鼓勵大家忠於自我，目前跟英國男友穩定交往，至於男友有機會參演《台北據》？她表示得交給擔任導演的姊姊決定。
