內湖開發案惹眾議　慈濟：靜待政府審查結果

慈濟內湖開發案引發社會正反兩面熱議，慈濟基金會今天傍晚再次發出聲明強調，慈濟內湖園區計畫案依法定程序進入台北市政府都市計畫委員會，已納入「內湖區都市計畫通盤檢討」，慈濟尊重各審查委員、專家學者的專業審查，靜候審查結果。
 
聲明表示，慈濟是一個非常重視環保的團體，內湖園區更是一個環保教育學習的場所，每年上百個國內外環保團體包括外國國會議員、重要官員等都來參訪學習，對促進環保教育及國際形象，大有助益。
 
至於外界批評慈濟成為慈善財團怪獸，更呼籲拒絕捐款給慈濟，聲明也強調，慈濟的善款取之社會、用之社會，均投入慈善公益志業。（張勵德／台北報導）
