阿里員工賺翻恐離職　馬雲：離開是他的權利

阿里巴巴上市之後，部分員工將成為百萬富豪。對於外界質疑，阿里巴巴員工可能在持股套現之後出現離職潮，阿里巴巴集團主席馬雲淡然表示，那本來就是員工的財富，「離開是他的權利，留不住他是我們無能」。

在阿里巴巴掛牌上市當晚的晚宴上，馬雲表示，人才流失對公司雖然有所損失，但卻能擴充公司生態系統，相信95%離開阿里巴巴的人都會成為公司生態中的一員，為中小企業提供更好的服務，希望中國未來500大企業中，有200個是來自阿里巴巴，「我認為在阿里8年10年之後出去，是很好的事情」。

馬雲表示，進入很容易出來很難，那是監獄，「阿里要讓人覺得進來很難，出去很容易」，一進來就要跟員工說清楚，這是一份很辛苦的工作，很累很麻煩，「但是一旦進來，出去anytime」，公司希望做到激發大家的激情和興趣，讓大家一起工作下去。（賴宇萍／綜合外電報導）
