【特企】變身股市名嘴　連勝文專業名詞講不完

今日PTT鄉民有約，面對網友連番圍繞財經的問題，連勝文也有備而來，不斷的解釋種種專業財經名詞，揮舞手中的股市走勢圖等字卡，儼然變身為股市名嘴，一講到專長的財經問題便口沫橫飛，一度欲罷不能。
 
鄉民提出：「何為資產證券化？」並要求連勝文明確舉例。連勝文回應，蕭前副總統曾提出「公共建設證券化」，將台北市有固定收入的資產，透過證券化的過程，引進壽險的資金等民間游資，龐大且穩定的資金，可創造新的收益及降低公共負債。
 
連勝文反問，民進黨曾提出「高速公路證券化」，也是將公共資產證券化來創造新的收入，連勝文反問：「為什麼這個概念到我講就不對？」
 
連勝文舉例，興建社會住宅，由政府來管理，將租金等資金收入結合壽險業來投資，或是地上權的部分，透過證券化先把錢收回來，再去做其他的投資，可避免為了蓋公共建設而大量的舉債。
