找酒店代償債　女拒下海陪酒竟挨告

年輕貌美、曾在酒店工作的許姓女子，因積欠經紀公司8萬元，沒錢償債，找好友沈姓酒店經紀人幫忙，沈男原本就想將許女納入自己旗下酒店小姐，見許女開口，二話不說點頭答應，但條件是許女必須到他的酒店上班。
 
去年1月18日，許女與沈男簽下合約、借據及本票，同意前往沈男的酒店上班，並交出身分證做為擔保，沈男則幫她還清債務，不料，許女只到酒店上班1天就落跑，沈男認為許女惡意騙他，怒告詐欺。
 
許女到案坦承簽立工作合約書，但辯稱當時她因吸毒剛結束觀察勒戒，時常上吐下瀉無法工作而請病假，且沈男不願提供代償前經紀公司債務的明細資料，她不清楚沈男是否已幫她還債，才沒有再去酒店上班。
 
台北地檢署查明許女所言屬實，主觀上並無詐欺犯意，今將她不起訴。（呂志明／ 台北報導）
