郝龍斌照片引聯想　勞動局長陳業鑫做的

台北市長郝龍斌今天上午再釋利多，將5月1日準備上路的調整基本工資範圍，擴及至市府勞務委外廠商，不過勞動局在簡報政策時，放上郝龍斌與美國總統歐巴馬、日本首相安倍晉三的合成照，引發現場不少媒體政治聯想。

這張照片將郝龍斌與歐巴馬、安倍放在一塊，內容強調3人都推出加薪政策，包括歐巴馬將聯邦雇員及包商勞工最低工資，調整至10.10美金，另外安倍在2013年至2014年期間，多次呼籲日本企業加薪，獲得包括豐田、日立等大企業的響應，最後就是郝龍斌調薪，讓超過7000人受惠。

對這張照片，郝龍斌強調是希望透過北市府調漲基本工資，來帶動民間跟其他公部門一同響應，並改善勞工的生活，「這是一個拚經濟的作為，盼大家多一點經濟、多一點關懷弱勢，少一點政治聯想」。

勞動局長陳業鑫坦言，這張照片是他做的，但沒有太多涵義，只是希望讓大家看到，調整基本工資已經變成一個全球化的現象。合成照片是便於讓大家辨識，下標題，並感受到有這樣的氛圍。(陳思豪／台北報導)
