【動新聞】「暗殺」言論惹議　洪崇晏致歉

台大哲學系學生洪崇晏4月11日與1千5百名群眾「路過」中正一分局，警方認為他觸犯聚眾妨害公務罪及侮辱公務公署罪，還嗆分局長方仰寧暗殺情節，將在本周傳喚洪到案。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，警方表示，台大學生洪崇晏4月11日在現場拿大聲公率眾喊口號，要方仰寧下跪道歉，甚至說出「會害自己被暗殺」威脅話語，經警方舉牌4次仍不願解散，已將洪崇晏列首謀，並約談幾名鼓譟、噴漆的「路過」成員；洪昨在臉書po七點聲明願負刑責，對方仰寧說：「對不起，我對方分局長失言，造成負面影響，誠摯道歉。」（胡治言／綜合報導）
