月全食奇觀　美東15日顯現

美國太空總署最新消息指出15日將出現天文奇觀月全食，在美國可以看到通體橙紅色的「血月亮」，從2014年4月15日到2015年9月28日的約一年半時間裡，天文奇觀月全食將罕見地連續出現四次。

在美國東部時間4月15日淩晨2時左右開始，將出現月全食，整個過程大約持續3個小時，月亮的顏色將由最初的亮橙色轉為血紅色，然後逐漸轉為暗棕色，月全食最佳觀測時間在淩晨3:45分左右。美國將是此次月全食的最佳觀賞地之一，但觀賞效果取決于當地的天氣條件。屆時，公眾也可以用肉眼見證這一精彩的天文奇觀。

而在未來的一年半時間之內，預計北美地區可以看到四次月全食。月全食是月食的一種，當月亮、地球、太陽完全在一條直線上的時候，整個月亮全部走進地球的影子裡，月亮表面昏暗，形成月全食。

從今年4月15日開始，大約每隔半年左右，就會出現一次月全食，分別是今年的4月15日、10月8日；以及2015年4月4日和2015年9月28日。4月15日淩晨，在北美洲、拉丁美洲和加勒比海地區都能欣賞到月全食。（國際中心／綜合報導）
