郭泰麟登記 參選民進黨主席

前高雄縣副縣長郭泰麟，昨登記參選民進黨主席。

前高雄縣副縣長郭泰麟上月造訪永康科學園區與廠商座談時，即表態參選民進黨主席，昨也完成參選登記，他表示，太陽花學運，民進黨沒有扮演好黨外的角色，這次投入選戰，除了要團結年輕勢力，更將提議修改黨章，明訂黨主席任內不得參選公職。

55歲的郭泰麟是台南人，台南一中、台大公共衛生系畢業後，赴美國加州大學洛杉磯分校，專攻工業衛生碩士、環境衛生科學博士，返台後曾任南科產業經營協會理事長，也曾任前高雄縣長楊秋興的副手，但僅3個多月。

郭泰麟說，當派系和私人恩怨大於整個黨的利益，就必須要有中立的力量，跳出來制衡。太陽花學運，民進黨沒有扮演好在野黨的角色，沒有在立法院提出完整的陳述，善盡在野黨監督政府的職責。也因此他參選黨主席，就是盼團結民進黨，邁向執政。
