減緩解僱衝擊　大量解僱認定增新標準

立院社福及衛環委員會今初審通過行政院版《大量解僱勞工保護法》第2條修正草案，將大量解僱勞工認定標準的該條文之4，「同一事業單位僱用勞工人數在500人以上者，於60日內解僱勞工逾所僱用勞工人數1/5，改為「同一事業單位之同一廠場」及新增「單日逾80人」條件，另新增認定標準該條文之5「同一事業單位於60日內解僱勞工逾200人或單日逾200人。」
 
勞動部表示，修改該法第2條第4條款，是為了符合預防及減緩大量解僱對區域性的衝擊，新增單日解僱人數則是考量企業規模大者，其牽涉勞工及影響層面更大，必須更加嚴謹。另為避免規模較大企業，分散在各廠場解僱勞工，規避該法規範，新增第2條第5款的認定標準。（洪敏隆／台北報導）
