男友在旁睡死　竟不知住院女友遭性侵

一名女子在「受情公寓」與陳姓男子認識後交往5年，2人分手後仍有聯絡，2011年間女子車禍腳受傷至台中某醫院住院開刀，身體極虛弱，由現任洪姓男友照顧，不料，陳男竟於案發當天凌晨5時許潛入病房，趁洪男在旁熟睡，對前女友強吻摸胸，並以手指性侵得逞，今被最高法院判刑3年10個月確定。

被害人指控，案發時，陳男指著正熟睡的洪男，比出割喉手勢說，如果她反抗，就要用力掐她受傷的腳，接著強吻、摸胸，最後竟用手指性侵得逞，還無恥問她：「有感覺嗎？」

後因病房外有腳步聲接近，陳男才罷手離去，被害女子原本不想聲張，直到當天下午才鼓起勇氣，告訴洪姓男友並報警。陳男否認性侵，辯稱是前女友主動索吻，但法官不採信，痛批陳男趁人之危性侵前女友，且犯後又無悔意，今依乘機性交罪判他3年10個月徒刑定讞。（劉志原／台北報導）
