未來資深立委無法再擔任大法官！今(23)天是立法院本會期最後一天，院會三讀修正通過《司法院組織法》，刪除「曾任立法委員9年以上而有特殊貢獻者可擔任大法官」的規定。

依照現行法規規定，曾任最高法院法官10年以上而成績卓著者、曾任立法委員9年以上而有特殊貢獻者、曾任大學法律主要科目教授10年以上而有專門著作者、曾任國際法庭法官或有公法學或比較法學之權威著作者、研究法學，富有政治經驗，聲譽卓著者，都有資格被提名為大法官。

《司法院組織法》三讀條文規定，司法院置大法官15人，提名資格也變嚴；必須曾任法官、檢察官15年以上成績卓越，或是擔任執業律師25年以上聲譽卓越，或是曾任大學教授12年以上、教授相關科目8年以上有專門著作，才可擔任大法官。
