為營救人質　日政府擬討論是否可合法出兵

激進組織「伊斯蘭國」（IS）的72小時期限到期後，兩名俘虜的日本人質目前仍無法確認安危。根據路透取得文件，日本政府曾討論此情況是否符合日本出兵條件。

路透指出，日本官員今天為首相官邸準備一系列簡報，因應政府為處理人質危機而可能面臨的政策問題。文件中指出，日本公民在敘利亞遭綁架「屬於無法接受的恐怖行動」，但綜合各部門研究得出結論認為，憲法不允許日本派自衛隊進行海外任務。

對此，日本官房長官菅義偉否認有任何官方文件討論是否派自衛隊赴海外進行任務。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
