虐待動物可判1年　網友：動保法有跟沒有一樣！

立法院今天三讀通過《動物保護法》修正案，將虐待動物的罰則提高，從現行10萬到50萬元的罰鍰，改為可處1年以下有期徒刑，或拘役，併科10萬元到1百萬元罰金。但不少網友認為1年有期徒刑還是太輕， 網友Mars Qoo更痛罵，「還是有和沒有一樣的『屁』動保法 ! 」
 
網友莊科比在《蘋果》即時新聞網站留言怒斥，「1年叫重判，一條寶貴的生命就這樣不見！這叫重判？」網友Dora Wang也諷刺，「 1年？！不意外，人命已經不值錢，況且是動物」。但也有網友認同1年刑期已算重判，網友arrenwu表示，「我是覺得夠重了啦，重要的是不要讓人去實踐虐待動物的行為」。(顏凡裴／台北報導)
