歐元貶勢更勝一籌　日銀頭痛

在日本央行（日銀）本周稍早決議按兵不動、歐洲央行（歐銀）卻推出強力QE（量化寬鬆）的情況下，日圓兌歐元今盤中一度升值2.78%至130.92日圓兌1歐元，創16個月新高；兌美元也同步上升0.62%至117.76日圓兌1美元。
 
這顯示歐銀大行寬鬆削弱了日銀先前貶抑日圓的成果。日銀總裁黑田東彥今天稍早雖表示，日銀的處境並未因歐銀QE變得更艱難，但示意日銀需考量新的政策選項來協助實現通膨目標。
 
歐元兌日圓今年來已貶值約8.8%，貶幅為主要貨幣中最深。瑞穗證券首席外匯策略師鈴木健吾說：「日銀去年10月的行動使日圓大幅貶值，但如今歐銀的舉措使歐元貶勢更勝一籌，所以歐元兌日圓還有貶值空間。」
 
鈴木健吾預期，依照希臘周日（25日）國會選舉的結果而定，日圓兌歐元可能在2月升抵130日圓對1歐元左右。（劉利貞／綜合外電報導）
