收留少女趁機性侵　惡男遭判2年2個月

新竹縣22歲的王姓男子透過友人認識１名重度身心障疑的女子（17歲），王男見女子面貌、身材絞好，心生愛慕，並展開追求，卻遭到少女拒絕。
 
少女2013年7月離家出走，找不到地方住，只好投宿到王家，王男見機不可失，帶少女到房內，並強加性侵得逞。少女開學後返校，向老師透露心事，才發現少女遭王男性侵。
 
法官審酌，被害少女智能比一般人不足，王男應予以扶助並加以關懷，結果竟基於一人私慾，乘機性侵，戕害對方身心，相當不該，應予以嚴懲。考量王男在庭訊時坦承犯行，雖有和解意願，但被害少女及家屬仍不願原諒他，盼法官依法判決，因此依對少年乖機性交罪判2年2個月。(楊勝裕/新竹報導)
