這是起司還是塑膠片?　怎麼燒都不會融

不少人會買大賣場裡的切片起司，但這些加工過的起司真的是健康食品嗎？墨西哥一名大廚最近進行一項實驗，他將大賣場買來的切片起司放在火上烤，結果發現起司竟然不會融化，反而呈現像塑膠燒焦一樣的狀態。

墨西哥大廚雷伊斯（Jose Raul Reyes）聽朋友提及賣場裡的起司切片根本不是真的起司，他決定親自實驗。雷伊斯自連鎖賣場Aurrera買了一包切片起司，他將起司用火烤，結果起司幾乎沒有融化，只是燒黑了一角。

雷伊斯將影片上傳網路後，立刻引發網友熱烈討論。不少人痛批這根本不能算自然食物，有害健康。

《每日郵報》報導，美國去年也有人買賣場Kraft的自家品牌起司片進行相同實驗，當時引發喧然大波。Kraft還特地澄清，該品牌生產起司只有低溫才會融化，並強調起司中唯一的人工添加劑是乳化劑，也正因為加了乳化劑，才不會在高溫中融化。（桂家齊／綜合外電報導）
