陳震遠副教授資格遭撤 至少五年不得升等

教育部表示，陳震遠論文造假案因涉及教師資格升等，教育部已經收到屏東大學學審會審查報告，近日完成調查後，除撤銷陳震遠的副教授，也將依「教師資格審訂辦法」，處罰五至七年不得升等，同時將結果通報各校。

屏東大學主秘陳劍鍠今天表示，學校已經完成校教評會，認定陳震遠偽造假帳號「自己論文自己審」，違反學術倫理，審查結果已送教育部。

高教司長黃雯玲表示，每年都會有零星幾件大學教授論文涉登載不實、抄襲，或是偽造等情事，最多就是「自己抄自己的論文」或引述失當，像陳震遠偽造人頭自己論文自己審的舞弊非常罕見，國內是首例。
