毒豆乾回收不完全　零售店還能買到

台中市天素食品有限公司製作的豆乾，在高雄市小港區一間零售商店被抽驗檢出二甲基黃；經查該豆乾產品的原料生豆乾，是從辰昇食品有限公司購入，但因當初辰昇食品有使用到芊鑫豆製品乳化劑，疑為製程中交叉汙染，案內豆乾之前已回收500公斤在今年1月9日銷毀，高雄檢出二甲基黃的豆乾應為沒有回收 到的產品。
 
被檢出二甲基黃的豆乾之有效日期至今年五月六日，以保存期限6個月回算，應該是去年十一月六日製造，是在臺南芊鑫乳化劑檢出二甲基黃事件爆發前的舊產品，雖然業者供稱在去年十二月十七日已通知通路商下架回收，但該公司並未依法向中市局自主通報問題產品， 故將依《食品安全衛生管理法》第7條裁罰3萬至300萬元。（地方中心／台中報導）
