【動新聞】禽流感助漲豬價　一周飆漲5元

禽流感日漸擴大，民眾鴨、鵝不敢吃，雞肉也怕怕，導致雲林肉品市場豬價上漲，近一周內每公斤漲5元，標售價平均每公斤約82元，台北市場則可上看84元，這波漲幅預計維持至尾牙。

雲林肉品市場今豬隻搶標熱絡，優質肉豬往往飆到90多元，低價位則處78、79元，讓業者們聚精會神，緊盯亮相豬隻，快手標購豬隻。

總經理李謀仁表示，2013年豬隻供過於求，售價約每公斤65、66元，因2014年3月豬仔下痢疫情減產，價格上揚至每公斤75元，一度達80元，後續豬隻供貨穩定，去年11月曾有78元回跌至70元紀錄。

去年12月，因年關將近需求因素，豬價逐漸上升到75至77元，水禽疫情爆發後，消費者肉品需求轉移，導致豬價一路上升至82元。李謀仁評估高需求期約在維持半個月，二月起因交易日少，豬價再漲機會不高。（林靜盛／雲林報導）
