補選、罷免立委，檢方布署查賄選

今年二月七日將舉辦立法委員(第八屆)、鄉長補選及立法委員罷免案，最高檢察署今天上午召集警政署、調查局、廉政署及各地高分檢開會，討論檢、警、調如何合作偵查賄選及暴力事件。

檢察總長顏大和提出結論，要求各地檢署要加強與警方的聯繫，建立查賄任務編組和選情資料庫、清查可疑資金流向；如有突發群眾集會事件，要指派主任檢察官或檢察官，迅速到場了解狀況，提供警方法律意見和必要協助；須在掌握正確情資後才能展開偵辦行動；謹慎發布新聞稿，須在證據明確且不違反偵查不公開原則，才可發布新聞。
