郵件遭丟斷崖 中華郵政將究責

花蓮清水斷崖清出大量垃圾中，有大批未拆封委託郵局寄送的郵件。中華郵政公司今天先向客人致歉，並將在釐清責任後追究疏失。

中華郵政已要求各地郵局加強內部作業管控，並全面清查，另責成花蓮郵局針對相關細節調查及補救。

中華郵政除要求花蓮郵局加強現場管理及檢討作業流程改善外，對於郵務人員違法行為，中華郵政將在釐清責任歸屬後，查報相關疏失責任及究責，如涉刑事責任，立即移送法辦。

中華郵政表示，為杜絕類似案件發生，已函知各局全面調查，並加強法紀教育及落實投遞工作查核，不容類似情事再發生。
