送愛心便當變詐財　志工詐領老翁存款

台中市慈心基金會53歲陳姓志工，受沙鹿區一名里長委託，固定外送便當給一名申請居家關懷的66歲何姓老翁，何翁因車禍頭部受損、判斷能力減弱，平常存摺都是交給何翁胞兄掌管，由兄代領生活費、供何翁使用。
 
去年6月20日陳男卻騙何翁稱要帶他去郵局領款，實際上卻是帶何翁去辦理存摺、印鑑掛失，並辦理核發新存摺，事後陳男並未將新存摺交給何翁，而是自行拿存摺、新印鑑去盜領存款，一共盜領25萬元。直到何翁胞兄去提款，才發現存摺已遭更換，存款也遭盜領只剩2千元，報警查獲。台中地檢署依詐欺、偽造文書罪將陳提起公訴，陳最高可判刑5年。(鄧玉瑩／台中報導)
