容不下蔣經國　中國參加EACS怒撕專頁

歐洲漢學學會（European Association for Chinese Studies，EACS）第20屆雙年會，今年在葡萄牙舉行，傳出中國與會代表要求大會手冊上，有關蔣經國基金會的介紹整頁撕去。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，據悉，蔣經國基金會總共贊助EACS相關活動1萬1000歐元與5000歐元共2筆經費，合計1萬6000歐元（約65萬台幣）。開幕典禮上傳出爆發中國國家漢辦主任（相當於副部級）、也是中國國務院參事的許琳，當場要求將所有大會手冊上有關蔣經國基金會的介紹整頁撕去，蠻橫的動作引發與會國際學者不滿，有人直呼是醜聞（scandal）。

據現場與會者描述，許琳應邀致詞，她看到會議手冊上第59頁有關蔣經國基金會贊助的活動，要求全部撕掉，不准散發給與會學者，現場一陣譁然，後來與會的學者，拿到的都是由58頁直接跳到61頁的缺頁手冊，中間還留有清楚的撕痕。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
