本報訊

2014年多倫多地區「海外民俗文化種子教師培訓班」，今天在多倫多台北文化中心結訓。48位來自各界的民俗文化種子，將擔任具有台灣特色中華文化傳播，發揚的責任。

駐多倫多台北經濟文化辦事處長吳榮泉今天也出席了「海外民俗文化種子教師培訓班」的結業典禮，並勉勵結訓人員，今後積極參加主流社會的各種多元文化活動，將具有台灣特色的中華文化介紹給當地人士，中華民國政府也將樂於協助。

海外民俗文化種子教師培訓班從2010年在多倫多開辦以來，已邁入第5年。

今年的課程主題是「看見種子，看見文化的新希望」。內容分為傳統藝術，掌中藝術，民俗舞蹈，行政研習等4大類。師資有來自美國舊金山的資深講師：慧智文教基金會執行長賴美智、慧智中文學校教師林碧玲、國立台灣師範大學體育系老師王宏豪及真快樂掌中劇團總監柯世宏等。

海外民俗文化種子教師培訓班由於不斷調整課程內容，與時俱進，以及在各方努力下，已經可以看到過去幾屆結訓種子教師，在主流及僑界的節慶、文化活動、課堂與文化營隊等場合發揮影響力。(中央社)
