張盛和談台股：不盤整就攻萬點　才需要緊張

近來外資買超台股的量萎縮，財政部長張盛和表示，短期的震盪不要太在意，要看的是長期基本面、長期經濟成長動能有沒有加強，「漲多了有些人獲利本來就會落袋，這些都是震盪原因。」

張盛和說，大家可以回想一下，8500點的時候盤整了多久，再想想9000點的時候盤整了多久，就可以知道9500點盤整是打底、健康的表現，不盤整就直接上衝1萬點才需要緊張，「我比較注重基本面，如果經濟沒有大變化，我們的外銷訂單持續創新高，9500點之後再創新高當然沒有問題。」（林海／台北報導）
