公車上爭執、下車拉扯受傷 男遭判刑

基隆市一名徐姓男子，一年前搭乘公車時，以手提袋佔位子，結果跟一對老夫婦發生口角爭執，3人為此鬧到警局報案，結果在前往警局的路途中，徐男想轉身落跑，遭到老夫婦出手阻擋，老太太反被徐男推倒受傷，因此置換人工髖關節; 全案經台灣高等法院審理後，依照傷害罪判處徐男1年徒刑，和拘役50日。
