桃園輔選力挺吳志揚　馬英九：民調仍領先絕不換人

國民黨主席馬英九今天下午到桃園主持年底選戰「固本會報」，強力表態支持國民黨提名人吳志揚，馬說，葉世文事件發生時，民進黨見縫插針，說國民黨候選人民調低、要換人，但他要特別強調，「（吳志揚）民調沒有降低」，國民黨唯一支持的就是吳志揚，也絕不會換人，他對吳勝選深具信心。

馬英九指出，吳志揚努力推動桃園升格直轄市，也配合中央推動桃園航空城的建設，發生葉世文事件後，吳除了震驚、沉痛，他的危機處理相當適當，也讓大家了解他壯士斷腕，願意面對問題，絕不逃避，這代表國民黨一種非常重要的精神，面對指責、徹底改進，才能繼續邁向成功。馬強調，應把葉的事件當成「浴火重生」的機會，發現問題就要面對，承認疏失並大力改革。（晏明強／台北報導）
