Mylan高竿收購　要擴營收又減稅收

路透引述消息人士報導，美國學名藥大廠Mylan與美國藥廠亞培（Abbott Laboratories）就收購亞培歐洲部分業務談判已經接近尾聲，此筆交易金額將上看數十億美元，而且可允許Mylan轉換報稅地點，以達到降低報稅額度，並保留更多現金的目的。
 
Mylan可能收購亞培歐洲多數已發表藥品（established drugs）業務，Mylan可因此取得更多歐洲藥品商機，以較低的行銷成本經營相關事業。不過，Mylan與亞培都不願對上述報導回應。（王秋燕／綜合外電報導）
