【更新】壓抑房市？　中部代銷：搞錯方向

台中代銷公會進行改選，將由中部最大、全國第8大代銷萬群地產總經理謝坤成接任理事長，同時將原台中縣、市公會合併，會員數達103家。萬群地產總經理謝坤成表示，政府針對個別產業進行打壓，而不是讓所有行業欣欣向榮、向上發展，是不是「搞錯方向」，他也呼籲政府容積政策應再調整。

現任理事長謝麟兒表示，大台中房地產約有90%比例由代銷負責，發展已相當成熟，今年市場新案會集中年底推出，明年聚焦單元1~3重劃區。他認為，台中土地規劃政策弔詭，例如將精華單元重劃區規劃低密度發展，削弱土地開發強度，若以基地500坪計算，原先能興建百戶社區，現在僅能建10戶透天別墅，也助長房地價居高不下。（王鈞生／台中報導）
