余政達涉貪解職　陳永法遞補嘉縣議長

嘉義縣前議長余政達因台灣燈會涉拿廠商百萬「給小弟涼水費」，遭判刑10年4月定奪。嘉義縣議會今天依法遞補國民黨籍議員陳永法（52歲），上午由副議長張明達代理議長主持，嘉義地方法院庭長馮保郎監交。

到場場觀禮有嘉義縣政府副縣長林美珠、民政處長林聰利、國民黨嘉義縣黨部主委黃耀仁以及縣議員劉敬祥、翁聰賢與葉孟龍，議會秘書長黃尚文等人。張明達表示，歡迎陳永法議員加入議會團隊，也期許他盡監督縣政增添生力軍的力量，會場喜悅祝賀聲不斷，整個宣誓就職典禮順利完成。（徐彩媚／嘉義報導）
