調查庭後 黃姓青年解除強制就醫

黃姓青年（19歲）在捷運殺人犯鄭捷收押後，前往台北看守所探鄭，引發議論。黃事後被帶往社會局，經鑑定後被認為有嚴重精神問題，遭強制送往八里療養院治療。士林地方法院上午提審黃，中午時黃與療養院達成共識，院方取消「強制就醫」，但黃自願住院治療，7 天內將出院。

這起提審聲請是提審法修後提審首例，經3個多小時庭訊，黃姓青年撤回提審聲請，也與院方達成協議。

律師翁國彥指出，考量黃原租屋處租約已到期，若立即出院恐無棲身之處，因此仍先住院，後續由社福團體提供協助。

黃開庭時情緒平穩，對話也有條不紊，只是強制治療讓他覺得人身自由受限制，他無法理解為什麼在探望完鄭捷後被判定須強制住院治療。

黃的父親今未現身。
