請問竹科員工到竹北定居原因?

到這禮拜為止,我一直以為竹科就在竹北,

因為相較於新竹,竹東,

竹北房價及餐廳,物價都受竹科影響為大

這禮拜去租屋,順道看了看房價,發現竹北怎麼比新竹還高?

到巿區繞繞,新竹巿明明比竹北熱鬧,生活機能也健全

而且最讓我驚奇的是,原來竹北到竹科,我從中正西路跟中華路出發,騎機車要30分,而且汔車又很塞

可以請問竹科人選竹北,而不是新竹跟竹東的原因嗎?
