爆米花聯盟洋將抽籤分配　操守第一

爆米花夏季聯盟允許各隊使用4名洋將、1名洋教練，全都來自美國大聯盟體系，棒協已進行到洽談合約階段，希望1周之內可以簽約，5月15日前報到。原則上洋將與教練的分配不是採用選秀制度，而是抽籤決定，原則上合約到8月底球季結束。林宗成表示，若日、韓與中職有意挖角，8月以後再說。
 
林宗成認為，洋將表現好壞不是適任與否的唯一考量，若有操守上的問題，一定立刻解約，甚至不惜所有洋將一次打包開除。聯盟未來會成立安全防護小組，林宗成說：「我們沒有一定要打下去的包袱。」(王覺一／台北報導)
