中國回應歐巴馬訪亞：來不來　中國就在這

美國總統歐巴馬(Barack Obama)的亞洲四國之旅已經接近尾聲，今天抵達最後一戰菲律賓。從出發之前歐巴馬並沒有將中國列入行程、並在中國門口走了一圈，就一直引來國際媒體好奇與揣測。中國外交部發言人秦剛，今天(28日)也正式回應了歐巴馬亞洲行沒有到訪中國，他特別引用中國一句俗語：「你來，或者不來，我就在這裏」。

秦剛表示，歐巴馬此次亞洲行，是不是針對中國，要看美方怎麼說、怎樣做。而中國希望美方，以及亞太地區相關國家，都能夠從這個歷史潮流以及各國人民的普遍願望出發，為地區和平、穩定與繁榮切實做出積極努力。

被問及美國與菲律賓簽署《加強防務合作協議》，否認旨在遏制中國？秦剛再次表示，這要看美方怎麼說、怎麼做。他重申，歐巴馬總統及美方其他官員在不同場合都說過，美國無意遏制中國。而中美在亞太地區和亞太事務中有著廣泛的共同利益，兩國應該相互尊重，加強合作。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
