搶日月潭陸客商機 國有地招商建飯店

陸客來台必遊日月潭，看準商機需求高，國產署與埔里鎮公所合作，提供埔里交流道旁國有地，以設定地上權的方式招商，成功與去年已在日月潭推出「友山尊爵酒店」的友山營造集團簽約。

國產署副署長邊子樹表示，友山的得標權利金為1,950萬元，預估50年可收得地租約2,650萬元。未來友山將投資1.5億元，計畫興建飯店、休憩設施、運動設施及在地產業產品展售場地，預計可增加100名就業機會。

邊子樹指出，此次開發案面積約1,223坪，地點鄰近埔里交流道及省道，是通往日月潭等鄰近觀光景點的主要道路，地點絕佳，特別適合發展地方色經濟。未來民眾要去日月潭遊玩，若訂不到房、不喜歡住在日月潭或想去南投水里、梨山等其他地區遊玩，可以有新的住宿選擇，還可以順道採購當地特色伴手禮。
