兆豐金總稽核再調整 許宗治暫代

兆豐金控（2886）新任總稽核人選再換，27日決改由副總稽核許宗治暫代。原任總稽核陳永明15日退休，原本兆豐金在2014年11月25日決議，由兆豐銀投資部協理邱創興接替，但因故回到原點，邱創興留任原職，改由許宗治代理。

兆豐金控2014年11月25日董事會決議，陳永明即將退休，總稽核職缺，將調任邱創興接替，相關人事調整將在金管會許可後，於15日生效。不過，陳永明雖在15日退休，但接任人選兆豐金卻因故調整，邱創興仍留任銀行，改由許宗治暫時代理總稽核職務。
