林信義：盼立法院的手不要伸進工研院！

工研院今天舉行院長交接典禮，工研院前院長徐爵民擔任科技部長，副院長劉仲民升任院長，台塑越鋼廠前董事長林信義，同時也是工研院前院長，在致詞時表示，希望立法院的手不要伸進工院院。他說，自己在2004~2008年擔任院長時，就開始不支薪，因此不必到立法院接受質詢。

林信義語重心長表示，政治是不能講道理，但研發要講數字，他希望立法院的手不要伸向工研院。（吳秀樺／台北報導）
