DRAM雙雄去年獲利創新高　考慮減資退現金給股東

南亞科、華亞科今天聯袂法說公布財報。華亞科去年4營收206.29億元，在所得稅利益回沖62億元下，稅後純益194.23億元，EPS 2.97元，全年營收825.71億元，純益529.13億元，獲利創歷史新高，EPS 8.32元。累虧僅剩3.9億元，將用特別盈餘公積彌補，未來不排除用現金減資把多餘現金退還股東，後續公司會再討論。

華亞科20奈米進度如預期，Q2初進入量產；DDR4目前比重超過10%，3月達20%。華亞科董事長高啟全表示，第1季是淡季，第2季會起來，今天還是相當平穩的一年。

南亞科Q4營收124.09億元，稅後純益85.69億元，EPS 3.56元，全年營收491.08億元，純益282.42億元，獲利創歷史新高，EPS  11.77元。

南亞科副總李培瑛表示，今年全年位元成長15%，只要來自30奈米微縮製程良率提升。第1季PC、低功耗較淡，伺服器用還算強，預期ASP下滑高於5%，至於全年DRAM供給還是微幅不足。

對於傳聞引進策略伙伴一事，則低調表示沒聽說。（范中興／台北報導）
