【公庫】南投中興國中 違法編「放牛班」

台灣的國民教育曾經有過能力編班的年代，一樣是受國民教育的孩子，成績好的被編入升學班拼升學，成績差的則被編入「放牛班」放牛吃草，國教淪為升學考試的訓練，完全扭曲教育本質。
讓人不可思議的，在國教法修正公布已逾十年的今天，還有公然違法編班的校長，涉及違反編班的南投中興國中李枝桃校長，不是認錯道歉，而是大喊教育愛心.........(閱讀全文)
