富士康傳縮減人力　鴻海澄清無裁員計劃

路透今報導，鴻海富士康將進行裁員縮減人力，鴻海晚間發布聲明加以否認，指消息不正確毫無根據。

以下為鴻海聲明全文：

鴻海科技集團謹此澄清，媒體報導指出本公司正在裁員之消息是完全不正確且毫無根據。我們會繼續在全球各地招聘員工，來維持我們的營運與業務，並將繼續保持全球超過百萬名的員工數量。

如同我們以往一再強調的，鴻海在製造生產相關業務中，不斷投資精進自動化技術，利用機器人應用和其他創新的製造技術，使我們的員工能更專注於高附加價值科技領域。

雖然隨著我們不斷在營運中，擴大機器自動化的應用，我們員工招聘的幅度，預計在未來幾年減少，但鴻海目前沒有計劃於現在或未來，縮減我們的員工數量。（楊喻斐/台北報導）
