原先預告最晚 5 月將在台灣推出支援 WCDMA 頻率的紅米 Note 增強版，雖然至今尚未開賣形同跳票，不過根據 NCC 通訊傳播管理系統顯示，由小米科技製造、型號 2013121 的紅米 Note 已於昨日（6/9）取得 NCC 審驗認證，預料 6 月台灣有望在台開賣，而遠傳電信方面也傳出最快 6 月底會加入銷售。計劃在台灣銷售的紅米 Note 增強版搭載 5.5 吋 HD IPS 螢幕、聯發科 MT6592, 1.7GHz 八核處理器、2GB RAM，配備 1,300 萬畫素主相機，支援雙卡雙待等功能，中國地區單機售價 999 人民幣（約台幣 4,904 元），台灣售價則是尚未確定。
