塞萬提斯埋骨處 馬德里尋獲

（法新社馬德里9日電） 尋找「唐吉訶德」（DonQuixote）西班牙作家塞萬提斯（Miguel de Cervantes）遺骸的研究人員今天表示，他們在一間馬德里教堂找到5個可能埋骨地點。

領導搜尋行動的法醫人類學家埃切貝里亞（Francisco Exteberria）表示，科學家使用紅外線攝影機、3D掃描器與透地雷達，在Convent of theBarefoot Trinitarians教堂精準確定可能發現人類遺骸的5個地點。

他在記者會上說，他們如今將在這些地點搜尋骨骸，從看似約有30個凹室的地下室開始，那裡可能存放骨骸。

埃切貝里亞說：「這就像患者將動手術，醫生必須先照X光。」他曾參與驗屍，證實智利前總統阿言德（Salvador Allende）自殺。

他說：「我們不想製造錯誤的期待。我們不知道能否找到他。」

塞萬提斯1616年4月22日在這間教堂死於貧困，根據記載，他隔天埋葬在教堂內。

不過，這間教堂歷經過去數個世紀擴建，塞萬提斯遺骸的確實下落已被遺忘。
