第3季台灣人力需求　全球第2

跨國人力資源公司萬寶華今公布第3季全球就業展望，針對全球42國、6.5萬家企業調查，其中台灣樣本有1097家，發現國內有45%企業下季將增聘人力，比上季增加2個百分點，就業展望淨值在全球排名第2，僅次於印度。萬寶華分析，顯示台灣僱主樂觀看待第3季景氣與業務量。

萬寶華調查顯示，台灣6大行業第3季人力需求中以金融保險及不動產業為51%最高，也是調查以來新高；工程建設及礦產業44%居次，製造業40%排第3，服務業39%、運輸及公共設施業33%、批發及零售業28%。萬寶華分析，去年第4季起金融法規鬆綁、政府鼓勵海外佈局與創造金融市場就業政策等，再加上第3季仍是畢業求職旺季，是金融保險及不動產業人力需求攀高主因；批發零售業墊底則是因為第3季經濟趨穩，民間消費買氣不減，但民眾消費通路益趨多元，批發零售業的人力需求有待持續觀察。

萬寶華建議求職者，培養就業硬實力與軟技能之餘，應同步了解就業市場趨勢，好讓自己的職能跳出，在就業市場中形成差異化。（唐鎮宇／台北報導）
